Maybe you should look closer at the argu...Really? Maybe you should look closer at the arguments made against wheat. They're flawed. It is true that we process and refine wheat to the point that it becomes poison rather than nutrition, but to then point at the bad we've made from it and say that ALL wheat is bad is to throw the baby out with the bathwater, so to speak. Whole grains are healthy and nutritious for anyone who doesn't have a specific allergy to them.
