Weight Loss Update: 08/21/2013

Greetings.  It has been too long since I've had a weight loss update.   I've been busy, and there hasn't been anything to report on the weight loss front!

The chart below should tell the whole story:

The lines on this graph are my 1/10/20/30 day averages, and as you can see I've been holding pretty steady at around 195-197 pounds for over three months.   There are a few daily fluctuations but the 10/20/30 day lines make the story pretty clear.

Depending on what you consider my height to be (It changes daily due to spinal issues) I should have another 12-24 pounds to before I'm at a chart normal weight.   Will I get there?  I don't know.  Most of me is pretty lean and bony.  I do have excess in some odd places.  The remnants of decades of carrying hundreds of extra pounds, and then losing most of it.

My journey is onward and forward.  I would like to at least drop another 10 pounds and make my weight loss an even 300 pounds.  That will happen when it happens.    Right now my body seems to be content at 195 pounds, regardless of how much or how little I eat, or how much or how little I exercise.  A recent push to exercise hard and break through this plateau left my immune system weakened which let me get a really bad flu, from which I'm still recovering.   So when I'm feeling better I'll not be hitting the exercise quite so hard, and will be more content with where I'm at and where my body wants to be.

290 pounds lost!   I'm happy.  :)
